I just wanted to thank you once again for helping me to find my dream property. As an out-of-town buyer looking for a place to unwind occasionally from the stress of life, I had imagined it might be yet another stressful event, finding and purchasing an Ocala horse property. It was far from stressful and, honestly, was quick, painless and even fun! I recall the weekend I came to Ocala to look at the properties you had chosen as meeting my “desires list,” and I distinctly remember Chris telling me he thought the last one on our tour list was going to be “the one.” Oh my gosh, were you right! The minute we pulled into the drive, it hit me that this was the picture of my dream property… the perfect place for me! From that point, the transaction remained flawless (and easy for me), with the contract coming together quickly, the required inspections/survey, etc. being completed rapidly (thank you for taking care of all this while I was at home in Dallas) and we were actually ready to close early! “The entire selling experience with Rob and Chris was simply exceptional. One day last summer, Lisa and I met with Chris on our back porch. We talked about farms, markets, horses and the Desinos. Impressed, but cautious, we gave Chris the listing.
